About

I find the growth — then build the systems to scale it.

I'm an end-to-end B2B SaaS marketing leader who drives growth two ways: finding and proving new channels, then building the repeatable systems, team, and AI-native engine to scale the ones that work. I own the full function — positioning, demand generation, website strategy, content, product marketing, brand, and the systems that tie them together — and I pair strategic vision with hands-on execution.

At Hubstaff, I scaled ARR from $5M to $17M in three years, bootstrapped, by building the acquisition systems and operating rhythm that let growth compound without ballooning headcount. At Lineup.ai, I grew average contract value 3x and helped carry the company to acquisition by SourceForge.

Today, as a fractional CMO, I build AI-native marketing systems — multi-step SEO/GEO/AEO pipelines in N8N and Claude that rank for both Google and LLM citation, automated intelligence reports, and content generation at scale. I'm not just using AI tools; I'm building the marketing systems with them.

Approach

How I find & scale growth.

A repeatable operating system for finding new growth and scaling what works — not a bet on any single channel.

01 · Foundation first

Fix the engine before adding fuel

A high-performing website, technical SEO, conversion-rate optimization, and answer-engine optimization (AEO) come first. Get the core converting and citable before pouring spend into the top of the funnel.

02 · Find new channels

New channels, run like experiments

Creator programs, community, events, ABX — tested methodically with the Bullseye framework (~$3–10K per channel test) to find what actually compounds, instead of betting everything on one bet.

03 · Engine + turbo

A steady engine with strategic boosts

Adapting Lenny Rachitsky's "race car" model — a dependable growth engine that keeps compounding, plus turbo boosts layered on where the data says they'll pay off.

04 · Data & cadence

Pragmatic data, tight operating rhythm

Start from a GA4 baseline and build from whatever exists — comfortable operating with imperfect data — in a weekly/bi-weekly cadence with sales, product, and engineering.

Range note: I've built marketing from zero (founding the function at Lineup.ai) and scaled it into eight figures (Hubstaff) — so whether the job is finding the next growth channel or building the system to scale the last one, I've done both.

Case Studies

Proof, in four chapters.

One through-line: take marketing from wherever it is and turn it into a machine that performs — week after week.

Scaled ARR from $5M to $17M — bootstrapped, in three years

Owned the full marketing function — demand generation, content, SEO, product marketing, brand, and lifecycle across every channel — at a fully remote, product-led company.

The growth came from systems, not spend: repeatable processes, self-serve acquisition, and an operating rhythm that let revenue compound 3.4x. Along the way I built the team behind it — from 3 part-time freelancers to 22 full-time employees across marketing, growth, engineering, and data analytics. This is the post-PMF scale playbook in its purest form.

A signature win: website CRO testing and a full revamp, plus a construction-industry segmentation strategy and targeted campaign that drove a 3x increase.

Website strategy + AI: rebuilt the engine and migrated 1,200+ pages

Led a full brand repositioning and a 1,200+ page website redesign, anchored by a unified SEO positioning strategy and keyword map that kept the brand consistent across every page — including a company-wide rebrand rollout with 301-redirect and SEO discipline.

Built three AI-powered marketing engines in N8N: an SEO/GEO/AEO (answer-engine optimization) pipeline that ranks content in both Google and LLM answers, automated weekly SEO intelligence reports, and keyword-targeted content generation at scale. Repositioned the category from "time tracking" to cost allocation and margin protection, drawn from real sales-call research.

Built a self-serve growth motion — 50%+ conversion, 2x the customer base

Built the marketing function and installed the systems that grew average contract value 3x and generated ~500 MQLs/month, positioning a deeply technical AI product to skeptical buyers while leading a team of four.

The standout initiative: I spotted evening traffic dropping off at the demo-request wall and built a no-code self-service onboarding flow (website CTAs, forms, and Zapier automation) with zero engineering lift. It converted 50%+ of leads to paying customers, doubled the customer base, and drove 3x more customers than the demo funnel — validating PLG, winning CEO and engineering buy-in, and earning a spot on the Q3 2024 roadmap. The company was acquired by SourceForge in 2024.
